THE RESTAURANT TIMES – SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

a. Welcome to The Restaurant Times. This Subscription Policy governs your access to and use of our paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

b.This Subscription Policy, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, any other Terms of Use or Guidelines or Policy connected with the use of the Website, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Website.

c.The definitions and terms defined in the Terms of Use are incorporated in this Agreement by reference.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & BENEFITS

a.The Restaurant Times is proud to introduce a premium content subscription model to serve restaurant professionals, enthusiasts, and industry thought leaders. Our goal is to foster a curated, informed community with access to exclusive, high-value insights.

b.We offer the following subscription options:
i.Monthly Subscription – ₹500/month: This includes:
  • Unlimited access to the current issue
  • Exclusive industry reports
  • In-depth interviews with leading F&B professionals
  • Trend forecasts and research-backed features
ii.Annual Subscription – ₹4,200/year (30% savings): this includes all benefits of the Monthly Plan, plus:
  • Priority invites to closed-door summits and webinars
  • Enhanced year-round access to premium insights and reports

3. SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS

a.Access to premium Content will be granted immediately upon successful payment.
b.You will get full access to gated articles, listicles, reports published by us as a paid subscriber.
c.Content access is restricted to the registered user and may not be shared or redistributed.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

a.Payments are processed via our secure third-party payment gateway processor, Razorpay.
b.Monthly subscriptions will be auto-renewed each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
c.Annual subscriptions are billed once annually and auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.
d.All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

a.Subscribers may cancel their plan at any time by contacting us at our email address mentioned here- editor@restauranttimes.com and within 7 days of the communication, the subscription will be deactivated.
b.Cancellations will prevent future billing; however, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
c.No partial refunds will be provided for mid-term cancellations.

6. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, benefits, and access terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and/or prominently displayed on our website. Continued use after such updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All editorial Content available through a subscription is our Intellectual Property and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
