Ltd. has appointed Amit Jambotkar, a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 25 years of experience, as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking a strategic leadership strengthening as the company expands its footprint in the organised food & beverage sector.
Jambotkar brings a deep operational and strategic background to Mirah Hospitality, having previously served in senior leadership roles across notable dining and hospitality brands.
