Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre Taps Sahil Joshi to Drive Operational Excellence

The Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre, positioned in one of Northern India’s fastest-growing business and hospitality hubs, has named Sahil Joshi as its new Director of Operations. Joshi brings nearly two decades of experience and a proven track record across international and Indian hospitality brands, signaling the property’s intent to sharpen its operational delivery and guest-engagement standards.

In his new role, Sahil Joshi will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, focusing on service delivery, team alignment, process optimisation, and leveraging technology to enhance guest satisfaction. Prior to this appointment, his career included senior positions at leading organizations such as Radisson Hotel Group and earlier roles with the Hilton network, giving him a strong mix of global and local operational expertise.

During his remarks, Hilton Gurugram’s General Manager, Harkaran Sethi, said, as noted in Hotelier India, the appointment ā€œenriches our leadership team with someone who brings passion for service and a focus on consistency.ā€ Meanwhile, Joshi himself stated his goal: ā€œto re-imagine guest engagement, drive operational synergies and build on Hilton’s reputation for excellence in the Delhi-NCR market.ā€ 

The hotel’s next test will be how effectively this leadership translates into guest satisfaction, repeat business, and market differentiation.
