In a significant leadership maneuver this August 2025, India’s fastest-growing homegrown QSR brand Wow! Momo Foods has appointed Nimish Chaudhary as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a pivotal hire in its push to mature into a digitally empowered, future-ready enterprise.
Chaudhary joins Wow! Momo with a stellar 18-year track record in digital transformation, having previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Jubilant FoodWorks. There, he spearheaded the creation of an in-house Android-based POS and led the integration of an omnichannel customer journey, key capabilities that he now brings to the QSR table.
In his new role, Nimish will architect a multi-tenant, in-house food-tech platform designed not only to serve Wow! Momo’s current operations, but also to underpin its expansion into international markets.
To support this ambition, Wow! Momo has launched the “Wow! Tech Innovation Hub” at the Google Campus in Signature Tower, Gurgaon, positioning it as a dedicated nerve-centre for digital strategy, product incubation, and operational tech enhancements.
