Oravel Stays Limited—the corporate entity behind OYO, G6 Hospitality, Sunday Hotels, and several tech-driven hospitality brands—has rebranded as PRISM, marking a strategic shift toward a unified global identity and premium hospitality services. OYO will continue as the consumer-facing brand for value lodging, while PRISM becomes the overarching parent brand driving growth across hospitality innovation and geographic expansion.
According to the company, PRISM was selected from over 6,000 submissions in a global naming contest, reflecting clarity, diversity, and a future-ready corporate structure.
PRISM now houses an extensive ecosystem:
- Hospitality brands like OYO, Motel 6, Townhouse, Sunday, and Palette
- Vacation home platforms: Belvilla, DanCenter, CheckMyGuest, Studio Prestige
- Extended-stay brand: Studio 6 (via G6 Hospitality in the U.S.)
- Workspaces & event venues: Innov8, Weddingz.in
- Technology solutions: including AI-driven partner tools and data science platforms
PRISM positions itself as a cohesive corporate brand that can scale across categories, budget to premium, physical spaces to technology offerings.
This rebranding unfolds as PRISM readies for a potential IPO, targeting a valuation of $6–7 billion, a decisive move ahead of renewed listing efforts. MediaNama reports that PRISM pulls in ₹6,252.8 crore in FY25 revenue, with 20% contributed by India.
The PRISM rebrand signals a transformed ambition: to operate a multi-vertical, globally scaled hospitality and tech empire under a single, future-ready identity.
