Hyderabad’s café landscape has a new landmark: Nommé, billed as India’s first Coffee Theatre, recently opened on Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, bringing together coffee, performance, and immersive storytelling in a single experiential space.
At Nommé, coffee making is not merely a service but a live act: baristas consecutively perform brewing techniques, aroma reveals, and theatrical pouring in view of guests, turning each cup into a sensory experience. The concept has already been shared via the brand’s social channels, emphasizing artisan beans, curated sensory stages, and theatrical brewing.
The venture is backed by restaurateur Imtiaz Ali Siddiqui, who positions Nommé not just as a café, but as a cultural destination that bridges gastronomy and performance.
Patrons can expect Mediterranean-influenced light dining, specialty single-origin coffees, and a design that fuses stage aesthetics with café warmth. The café’s layout allows guests to observe the journey from bean to cup, complete with aroma stations and curated lighting to heighten sensory rhythm.
