IHOP has launched its first everyday value menu, offering four full breakfast meals nationwide for $6, available daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at participating locations, with some markets pricing them at $7. The move comes as the chain seeks to address value sensitivity among consumers in a soft traffic environment.
The new āIHOP Value Menuā includes:
- Breakfast Faves Combo: two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, and a choice of two bacon strips or two pork sausage links.
- Ham & Cheese Omelette with two buttermilk pancakes.
- French Toast Faves Combo: one slice of Classic Thick āN Fluffy French Toast, two eggs, plus bacon or sausage.
- House Scramble: eggs scrambled with chopped hickory-smoked bacon, Jack, and cheddar cheese, served with crispy hash browns
IHOP is backing the launch with a new marketing campaign titled āHappy Platesā, intended to emphasize affordability, comfort, and fun.
For IHOP, this is a strategic shift: full breakfast meals at a fixed low price point are aimed at recovering traffic lost in higher income brackets and appealing more strongly to guests with tighter budgets. About two-thirds of IHOPās customers reportedly have household incomes under US$75,000, making value offers crucial.
In addition, IHOP had tested the concept in select markets earlier in 2025, seeing enough positive feedback to go nationwide.
