Marriott suggests a new standard for extended stays in India with the debut of Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City, a property tailored for business travellers, expatriates, and long-stay guests looking for more than just a hotel. This AWARD-Bonvoy long-stay addition opens in Bengaluruās Central Business District, adding premium serviced apartments with home-like comforts.
The property hosts 190 serviced apartments, spanning six distinct categories: from Superior Rooms and Studio Retreats to One, Two, and Three-Bedroom Residences, plus a signature Presidential Suite. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, separate living/dining areas, a dedicated workspace, and amenities like high-speed WiFi, an in-room washer/dryer, and secure parking.
Food and beverage options are wide, reflecting local culture and global tastes. āThe Market,ā the all-day dining space, offers a menu that marries Bengaluruās culinary heritage with international influences. Thereās Madras Kitchen for southern Indian fare with a modern spin; The Roof for an Asian-style grill under open air; Grab & Go for quick bites; and The Bar for cocktails and regional flavors. Wellness, meanwhile, is covered with a rooftop infinity pool, 24/7 fitness center, yoga room, spa, and more.
Kiran Andicot, Senior Vice President, South Asia, Marriott International, puts it succinctly, as noted by Travel & Tour World:
āBusiness travellers today seek consistency, spaciousness, and a sense of community that supports both their professional and personal lives during extended stays. Marriott Executive Apartmentsā debut in Bengaluru is a thoughtfully designed response to these needs…ā
The collaboration with Prestige Group, which developed UB City, also adds locational strength, bringing a residential-hospitality hybrid into one of Bengaluruās landmark mixed-use precincts.
Bengaluru is increasingly the benchmark for long-stay demand in India. With its booming tech ecosystem, multinational offices, startup culture, and large numbers of expats, thereās a rising need for accommodation options that feel residential but deliver hotel-grade service. Marriottās entry here is a clear strategic play into that space.
