Rebel Foods, one of India’s top online restaurant businesses, has formed an innovative partnership with growing comfort-food company Easybites. This collaboration will use Rebel’s Rebel Launcher platform for growth to help accelerate Easybites’ growth into various Indian cities. The partnership exemplifies the increasing role of cloud kitchen platforms to assist evolving restaurant brands with achieving scalability in the highly competitive food delivery sector.

Under the deal, Easybites, known for its focused menu of fried chicken, burgers and wraps, is already live on Rebel Launcher across 10 Rebel Foods cloud kitchens in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, with plans to expand to Chennai and additional centres in the coming months. The arrangement enables Easybites to quickly enter new markets and serve multiple neighborhoods from day one without the heavy upfront infrastructure costs traditionally associated with restaurant expansion.

Rebel Launcher provides partner brands with access to Rebel Foods’ extensive cloud kitchen network, shared supply-chain systems, proprietary technology and operational expertise. The model allows emerging restaurant concepts to focus on food and brand-building, while Rebel manages logistics, kitchen operations, performance analytics and scaling challenges.

Ankur Sharma, Co-founder of Rebel Foods, described the alliance as part of a broader mission to create a collaborative growth ecosystem for food brands, saying that Rebel Launcher was designed to help partners scale ā€œefficiently across geographies while leveraging Rebel Foods’ infrastructure, technology and deep operational expertise.ā€

Easybites’ CEO Masoud Mohamed said, as noted in The Economic Times, the Rebel Launcher partnership has been instrumental in helping the brand grow faster in Southern India. ā€œLaunching in new cities through Rebel Launcher gives us the chance to understand each market deeper and serve more locations per city from day one,ā€ he added, calling the collaboration ā€œa long-term strategic alliance.ā€

Rebel Foods, the parent company behind brands including Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story Pizza, Sweet Truth and others, has pioneered the cloud kitchen model in India, deploying data-driven insights and technology to scale multi-brand operations efficiently. Rebel Launcher builds on that technology stack, enabling partner brands like Easybites to shortcut the typical hurdles of geographic growth by sharing Rebel’s existing infrastructure and operating systems.

Partner brands benefit from faster go-to-market timelines, reduced capital expenditure and real-time performance data, while Rebel strengthens its position as a preferred growth partner in the rapidly evolving food-delivery ecosystem. The platform also counts a diverse roster of brands, from Natural’s Ice Cream and WOW! Momo to Chaipoint and Daryaganj, that have tapped into Rebel Launcher’s scale for multi-city expansion.
