Treebo’s “Hotel Superhero” Brings AI & Voice Control to Independent Hotels

Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) has launched Hotel Superhero, a cloud-based hotel management system built to give independent hotels access to AI voice- and chat-based operations. Priced at just ₹49 per room per month (with a three-month free trial), this SaaS solution is already powering over 750+ hotels in Treebo and Medalio’s own portfolio.

  • The system includes SuperBot, an AI chat/voice agent that allows hotel staff to execute tasks like check-ins/outs, billing, booking searches and recording payments simply via voice or chat, actions that traditionally take 10-15 minutes and multiple screen interactions.
  • It is multilingual; staff can switch languages according to preference.
  • It’s a full suite SaaS product: property management, revenue management, channel manager, POS, guest communication tools, dashboards & reporting, all bundled.
