Dubai Marina has a new skyline icon: Ciel Dubai Marina, a soaring 82-storey tower that has officially opened its doors as the world’s tallest all-hotel building.
Developed by The First Group and managed by IHG Hotels & Resorts under its boutique Vignette Collection, the property rises to 377 metres, redefining architectural ambition in hospitality.
What does Ciel Dubai offer:
- The tower is composed of 82 floors, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows in all of its 1,004+ rooms and suites, offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and the Arabian Gulf.
- Designed by NORR Group, the building incorporates computational-fluid-dynamics modelling to optimize its shape for wind resistance and efficiency.
- The structure also features vertically stacked atrium gardens and natural ventilation to improve sustainability and guest experience.
- On Level 76, one of the world’s highest infinity pools, dubbed the Tattu Sky Pool, offers dramatic views and a serene poolside vibe.
- Level 81 hosts the Sky Lounge & Terrace, a rooftop destination for cocktails, 360° views, and elevated energy as the sun sets.
- For dining, the hotel offers:
- Tattu, a multi-level restaurant and bar with mythological and modern Asian influences.
- West 13, serving Mediterranean fare with pastas, gyros, and European-inspired dishes.
- East 14, a live-Asian buffet concept featuring ramen, pho, sushi, and more.
- A café and bakery, Risen Cafe, with all-day pastries and coffee.
- A spa (opening from February 2026) on Level 61 will blend modern wellness treatments with traditional rituals.
- There’s a 24-hour gym with skyline views, plus access to Soluna Beach Club on nearby Palm Jumeirah for a beachside retreat.
Heinrich Morio, Managing Director of Ciel Dubai Marina, said, as noted in Hotelier India:
“We are delighted to welcome guests to Ciel Dubai Marina … a visionary landmark that redefines innovation, luxury, and creativity at every level … offering an experience that is as elevated as it is unforgettable.”
The opening marks a significant milestone for IHG’s Vignette Collection, which emphasizes distinctive, design-driven hotels with strong local character.
