Radisson Hotel Group Appoints Sakshi Sehdev Dogra to Boost South Asia Leadership

The appointment of Sakshi Sehdev Dogra as Director, Area Marketing & Communications, for South Asia strengthens Radisson Hotel Group’s leadership team as it expands into one of the fastest-growing hospitality markets in South Asia.

With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Dogra brings deep expertise in marketing, communications, brand strategy, and commercial performance to her new role. She joins Radisson after serving as Head of Sales & Marketing: Eurasia at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where she led performance-driven initiatives across dozens of properties and developed strong brand-building and business development strategies. Including leadership positions with The Lalit Hotels and Best Western Hotels, and previously, Marriott Hotels India, where she developed B2B sales capabilities, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) and National Account Management.

In her new, broader role at Radisson, Dogra is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies across South Asia, including India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, as new markets open.

Her responsibilities include storytelling, digital and performance marketing, PR, loyalty programmes, etc., and any commercial initiatives aligned with hotel ownership that will help improve Radisson’s visibility among travellers, owners and stakeholders.
