Arby’s, the U.S. quick-service restaurant, has appointed former Papa John’s marketing chief Jenna Bromberg as chief marketing officer, effective November 2, 2026. The appointment comes as the brand looks to strengthen consumer engagement and commercial performance, while its parent company, Inspire Brands, considers a potential initial public offering.
Bromberg will lead Arby’s marketing strategy, with a remit spanning brand development, consumer engagement, personalized digital experiences and what the company describes as “culinary storytelling.” Her appointment follows a period of senior marketing experience across restaurant, retail and hospitality businesses, including Papa John’s, Yum! Brands, Carter’s and Hilton.
At Papa John’s, Bromberg served as chief marketing officer, overseeing marketing, product and commercial strategy for the pizza chain’s North American business. During her tenure, she led initiatives including a collaboration with Disney and Pixar around Toy Story 5. She left Papa John’s in August 2026, after less than two years in the role.
Arby’s Brand President David Graves described Bromberg as bringing “a powerful blend of creative brand-building and commercial leadership.” In the company’s announcement, Graves also highlighted her record of driving growth, building consumer connections and developing culturally relevant marketing that delivers results.
Her arrival also comes as Inspire Brands considers an IPO. Formed in 2018 through the merger of Arby’s and Buffalo Wild Wings, Inspire has since grown into a major multi-brand restaurant group, with a portfolio that includes Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, Sonic and Jimmy John’s.
