Krispy Kreme has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointment of two senior leaders, naming Raphael Duvivier as Chief Commercial Officer and Lori Coerver as Chief People Officer.

The appointments, announced by Krispy Kreme, come as the company continues executing its long-term strategy focused on profitable growth, international expansion and strengthening its omnichannel business model.

Duvivier will lead the company’s global commercial organization, overseeing marketing, category management, consumer insights, innovation and revenue growth initiatives. He brings extensive experience in consumer goods and retail strategy, having held senior commercial leadership positions across multinational organizations where he led brand development, market expansion and customer growth initiatives.

Coerver, meanwhile, assumes responsibility for Krispy Kreme’s global people strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, compensation, employee engagement and workplace culture. She joins the executive leadership team with decades of experience leading human resources transformation and organizational development across consumer-facing businesses.

“Suk has played a pivotal role in building and scaling Krispy Kreme’s fresh delivery business and expanding our commercial capabilities,” said Krispy Kreme CEO Josh Charlesworth. “She is a growth-oriented leader with deep commercial expertise and a proven track record of delivering results.”

“Lori has made a tremendous impact on our culture and has been instrumental in advancing our people strategy,” added Charlesworth. “Her promotion reflects the strong leadership she brings to our organization and her deep commitment to our Krispy Kremers.”
