Taco Bell has brought its Cantina concept into a stadium for the first time, opening a location inside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The restaurant is operated by Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG), a Las Vegas-based franchisee with more than 360 Taco Bell and Arby’s restaurants. The opening marks the second Taco Bell Cantina in Las Vegas, following the concept’s Strip debut in 2016.

The new location sits on the stadium’s 100-level concourse, near Section 140, and is expected to serve fans during major events and Las Vegas Raiders home games. Allegiant Stadium also hosts UNLV football and concerts, giving the concept a setting that extends beyond the NFL calendar.

The Cantina is offering a menu tailored to the venue, including the “Manager Mendoza Special”: regular or large nacho fries with nacho cheese sauce, one Doritos Locos Taco and five crispy chicken strips. Other stadium offerings include shareable Luxe Cravings Boxes. The beverage programme features 14 taps, Raiders-themed cocktails and alcoholic Twisted Freezes, according to local reporting.
